WAVShuffler Lite is a special version of WAVShuffler that does not include VBRUN300.DLL in the WAVSHUFL.ZIP download file.  While this does dramatically reduce the transfer time, please be mindful that you must have the VBRUN300.DLL file on your system for this to work.

WAVShuffler is a utility that allows you to organize the sound events in the Windows 3.1 environment, and then randomize—or shuffle—the sounds associated with them at regular intervals.  This shuffling makes for a much more interesting Windows session, where minimizing a window can trigger any one of up to 300 unique sounds, instead of
the same sound over and over again.
